Short-Term Device Loan Program

Levels of Support Needed

  • AT Regional Centers LogoYes - This indicates that support is required for setting-up/programming the device for use due to the configuration of the device. It is necessary to list on the application form someone who is familiar with the device and willing to help you. This support person can be a professional, expert or an acquaintance who is accustomed to working with technology.

  • Some - It is necessary to list on the application form someone who is available to help you with both the set-up and disassembly of the device. Some devices require general technological knowledge to set-up. Other devices and cases are extremely large and heavy. Please contact the ATRC staff if you have any questions or concerns.

  • No - The Loan Program Inventory does not require you to indicate a support person. If you have any concerns about your ability to use/set-up the device contact the ATRC staff for more information.
